In this class Chef Apple will teach you how to make pasta from scratch, a delicious and authentic tomato sauce and several other delicious sauces. All the Italian way, all taught to Chef Apple by her grand mother’s closest friend Patrizia Armento.

** Please note that Chef Apple’s cancellation policy is really simple if you cancel or don’t show for the class you lose your spot. There are no make-ups due to the time constraints of Chef Apple; and with her traveling schedule it will be impossible for her honor any make-up classes. There is also a 15 person minimum attendance for the sushi class (that means that there is a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50.) You will be notified 24 hours in advance of the class attendance by email and whether the class will be rescheduled due to low attendance.
